Add, Edit, Delete Kennel Numbers

This process updates the Kennel drop-down list that is linked to the Kennel # fields that are on the animal details and animal search pages. 

You require access to the Administration menu to process this function.

• From the nav bar, click the Administration link in the Modules menu. 
• Click on the Edit Drop Down Lists

To Add a kennel name or number:

• Locate the Kennel

• Click on the Add link to add a new kennel name or number. This will generate a popup window.

• Physical Location: clinic on the down arrow to select the physical location of the kennel name or number (shelter it applies to).

• Shelter Location: clinic on the down arrow to select the internal shelter location where the kennel name or number is to be applied to.

• Kennel: enter the name or number of the kennel.

• Click Add Kennel. The popup window will refresh to allow another kennel name or number to be added easily.

• Click on the Close Window link when finished.

To Edit a kennel name or number:

• Locate the Kennel

• Click on the Edit link to alter an existing kennel name or number. This will generate a popup window.

• Physical Location: click on the down arrow to select the physical location of the kennel name or number (shelter it applies to).

• Shelter Location: click on the down arrow to select the internal shelter location where the kennel name or number is listed under.

• Kennel: click on the down arrow to select the kennel name or number to be altered.

• New Kennel Name: enter the new / correct kennel name or number.

• Click Edit Kennel. The popup window will disappear.

To Delete a kennel name or number: 

• Locate the Kennel

• Click on the Delete link to delete an existing kennel name or number. This will generate a popup window.

• Physical Location: click on the down arrow to select the physical location of the kennel name or number (shelter it applies to).

• Shelter Location: click on the down arrow to select the internal shelter location where the kennel name or number is listed under.

• Kennel: click on the down arrow to select the kennel name or number to be deleted.

• Click Delete Kennel. Click   The popup window will disappear.
