Product Update - July 20, 2026

These updates go live on Monday, July 20, 2026.

Signing in is easier - no more passwords

Adopters no longer need a password to sign in. They simply enter their email address and receive a one-time code to finish signing in.

• No password to remember or reset.
• A fresh code is sent each time you sign in.

Updates to what shelter teams see on screen

The location selector has moved to the top of the screen. The location picker now lives in the top header, giving each screen more room and keeping it consistent across the system.

If you use Visitor Management, you will now be asked to choose a location when you open it.

"Adoptions" is now called "Inquiries". The menu has been renamed - same place in the navigation, new label.
