Product Update - June 9th,2026

Main changes and bug fixes done in our software going out in June 9 for AUS/NZ and June 16 for US/Dublin

Improvements

1. Support link opens to Knowledge Base in a new tab

  • Several support-related touchpoints have been updated across both Classic and New UI:

    • The Support link on the login screen now opens the Knowledge Base directly in a new tab.

    • Error pages in Classic now guide users to the Customer Portal for submitting tickets, and include helpful instructions on what information to include.

    • The New UI error page has also been updated to point to the Customer Portal instead of an email address.

2. Change of background color in Classic Pages

  • We continue to work to update the background color in our software. Now you will find white background when using:

    • In Admin for Jurisdiction; Physical/Visual Exam by; Person Mandatory Fields; Blocked Users; Reset Access to Logins
    • Person Details for the pages: DOA > Existing Animals; Owner Surrender > Existing Animals; Adoption > Finalize Trial Adoption 

Bug Fixes

  1. Sub-status reliability improvements
    • A series of related issues affecting animal sub-statuses have been resolved:
    • Sub-status dates were being overwritten with today's date when a new sub-status was added and the record saved. Each sub-status now retains its original date.
    • Sub-statuses associated with a target status were incorrectly removed during a status change. They now persist as expected after status transitions.
    • Setting a sub-status during animal intake caused the main status to appear blank in audit trail reports and API outputs. The main status is now correctly recorded in all cases.
