Main changes and bug fixes done in our software going out in June 9 for AUS/NZ and June 16 for US/Dublin
Improvements
1. Support link opens to Knowledge Base in a new tab

Several support-related touchpoints have been updated across both Classic and New UI:

The Support link on the login screen now opens the Knowledge Base directly in a new tab.

Error pages in Classic now guide users to the Customer Portal for submitting tickets, and include helpful instructions on what information to include.

The New UI error page has also been updated to point to the Customer Portal instead of an email address.

2. Change of background color in Classic Pages

We continue to work to update the background color in our software. Now you will find white background when using:
- In Admin for Jurisdiction; Physical/Visual Exam by; Person Mandatory Fields; Blocked Users; Reset Access to Logins
- Person Details for the pages: DOA > Existing Animals; Owner Surrender > Existing Animals; Adoption > Finalize Trial Adoption
Bug Fixes
- Sub-status reliability improvements
- A series of related issues affecting animal sub-statuses have been resolved:
- Sub-status dates were being overwritten with today's date when a new sub-status was added and the record saved. Each sub-status now retains its original date.
- Sub-statuses associated with a target status were incorrectly removed during a status change. They now persist as expected after status transitions.
- Setting a sub-status during animal intake caused the main status to appear blank in audit trail reports and API outputs. The main status is now correctly recorded in all cases.
