Communicate & track important observations and notes applicants can't see within their application across your team.

Now that you already learned how processing applications is simple and easy within Adopets, it's time to make it even better, allowing you and your team to share internal notes about that specific application adopters can't see.

To access and share these internal notes about a specific application, follow these simple steps as shown below when you're logged as an organization at https://rescue.adopets.com/:

Steps how to share internal notes about a specific application.

  • Open the current application you'd like to create a comment or save a thought about.


  • On the Communications tab, click on Add note to add your notes.


  • Write down your thoughts, and comments and share. Anyone on your team who also joins that application will be able to see and comment as well.
