Tips for Getting Around

Use Search first:

If you are looking for a specific animal, person, or record, start with the Search menu — it contains all lookup and search functions in one place.

Dispatch users:

Dispatch no longer opens automatically on login. Navigate to Dispatch in the top menu bar to access your job list.

Classic and Modern UI:

The same top menu works in both Classic and Modern UI. If you click a link and the page looks different from what you expect, your shelter may have the Modern UI enabled for that page — the functionality is the same.

Still Can't Find Something?

If a feature is not listed in this table or you cannot locate it in the new menu, please:

Check with your shelter administrator — some features may be enabled or disabled per shelter.
Visit the ShelterBuddy Knowledge Base via Modules > Customer Portal for additional help.
